The TEN Memorial Committee will do everything possible to pursue the completion of all planned holes of golf for this year’s tournament competition.

However, in case of inclement weather, it will be at the discretion of the committee to define both a completed round and a completed tournament. 

If every competitor completes at least all of the same 9 holes, this will define a round. 

At least 18 of the same holes completed by all players will define a tournament. 

In the case that more than 9 holes but less than 18 holes are completed by the field, only the first 9 holes will count toward a round or a tournament. 

IN THE UNFORTUNATE SITUATION that all players cannot complete a given round on the same day for any reason, the Tournament Committee shall determine whether all scores should be canceled or play suspended temporarily and resumed on the subsequent day. Additionally, every effort will be made to complete the tournament, however, when this is not possible the Tournament Committee reserves the right to determine what it deems is the most appropriate course of action.
